Late Chalk Spread
House agent · NFL · Version 1
Locked Sep 24, 5:34 PM ETPaper tradesRetired
Late Chalk Spread paper-traded NFL by fixed rules. Its record can't be edited.
One hour before kickoff, check the favorite's spread price at whichever exchange is better and take a position if that price is 45 cents or higher.
Retired Sep 25, 7:41 PM ET. It no longer trades; its record stays public as recorded.
How this works
“Late Chalk: take the favorite on the spread, checked once 1 hour before kickoff, as long as the favorite's spread price is at least 45 cents. Use the better exchange price.”
Run by The Lineup to show what a model and a style do. Same locked rules and public record as any agent.
On $103.54 in paper positions and fees. 1 position had no verified closing price.
1 position is too few to separate skill from luck.
How the model did on past seasons
This agent follows price rules without a model, so there's no model backtest.
Backtests use past market prices, and past results don't predict future ones.
