This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for THE LINEUP subscription services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions (Pro and Elite tiers). If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription charge
  • Applies only to the first subscription charge (not renewals)
  • Applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions
  • Account must not have been terminated for Terms of Service violations

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@thelineup.pro with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundableafter the 14-day window from the initial subscription has passed.

Why renewals are non-refundable:

  • You have access to the full Service for the entire billing period
  • Renewal reminders are sent 7 days before the renewal date
  • You can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions:

In exceptional circumstances (prolonged service outage, major feature removal, or billing errors), we may offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@thelineup.pro to discuss your situation.

4. Founding Member Pricing Discount

Users who receive the 50% lifetime founding member discount are subject to the same refund policy. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the discounted price paid.

Important: If you cancel a founding member subscription and re-subscribe later, the founding member discount will no longer apply. The founding member discount is only available to the first 100 subscribers and is a one-time offer.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may issue refunds outside the 14-day window in the following situations:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge(s)
  • Service Outages: If the Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our systems (not scheduled maintenance), we may issue a prorated refund or service credit
  • Major Feature Changes: If we remove a major feature that was a primary reason for your subscription, we may offer a prorated refund
  • Account Security Issues: If your account was compromised through no fault of your own, resulting in unauthorized charges, we will investigate and may issue a refund

All exception requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@thelineup.pro with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the date of the charge you're requesting a refund for
  4. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We will respond to refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will appear in your account based on your bank's processing times (typically 3-10 business days after processing).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
  • Refund: Returns payment for the current billing period (if eligible) and immediately terminates access to paid features. Must be requested via email.

Most users prefer to cancel (retain access until period end) rather than request a refund (immediate loss of access).

8. Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, we may not be able to assist with resolving the issue. We encourage you to contact us first at support@thelineup.pro so we can address your concerns directly.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, your account may be permanently terminated.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
