Best Bets is easiest to use when you treat it like a repeatable workflow. You are not trying to bet every row. You are trying to find the bets you can actually place at the displayed price, track them cleanly, and repeat the process consistently.
1. Start with your real sportsbooks
Set My Sportsbooks or filter the board to the books where you have accounts. A pick at a book you cannot use is not actionable.
If you have only one or two sportsbooks, start there. Adding more books can improve line shopping, but the first win is making the board match your real options.
2. Pick the sport you are betting today
Use the sport selector to move between supported sports. If a sport has fewer current opportunities, that may simply mean the slate is smaller or prices are not showing enough edge.
Do not force action because a sport is available. Let the board show you where the current prices are.
3. Open the top few actionable picks
Start with the strongest current edges that match your books. For each pick:
- Open the card
- Compare the exact player or team, market, line, side, and odds in your sportsbook
- Skip it if the sportsbook moved the line or price
- Place it in the sportsbook only if the current price still matches your threshold
- Log it in THE LINEUP
This keeps the workflow focused on execution quality instead of endless searching.
4. Use Game Lines separately from player props
Player props and game lines answer different questions.
Player props focus on a player and stat market, such as points, rebounds, shots, or strikeouts.
Game lines focus on the matchup, such as moneyline, spread, or total.
Check both if you bet both. If you are new, start with one surface until your tracking routine is consistent.
5. Track every bet you actually place
Logging only wins or only THE LINEUP picks will distort your record. Track every bet you want included in your personal results.
Use:
- Log Bet from Best Bets when the bet came from the board
- Upload bets when you already placed a sportsbook slip
- Import Bets on My Bets for screenshots or pasted history
- Add Bet for manual entry
6. Review My Bets after games finish
After the slate settles, open My Bets and review what happened. Look for:
- Bets still pending
- Bets that need settlement
- Profit and ROI
- Sportsbooks where you are getting the best prices
- Market types you are executing well
The public Results page tells you how THE LINEUP performs. My Bets tells you how your own process performs.
A practical first-week routine
For your first week, keep it simple:
- Check Best Bets once or twice per day
- Filter to your real sportsbooks
- Place only bets where the current sportsbook line still matches the board
- Keep stakes consistent
- Track every bet
- Review My Bets the next day
Once that feels automatic, expand into more sports, more books, and deeper filters.
