AI bet upload helps you turn sportsbook screenshots or pasted bet history into tracked bets. It is useful when you have already placed bets and want your THE LINEUP account to match what you actually did.

THE LINEUP does not place bets for you. Importing a bet only saves it to your tracker.

Where to start

You can open the same import tool from two places:

  • Best Bets: tap Upload bets near the top of the page
  • My Bets: tap Import Bets in the header

Both paths open the Import Bets modal.

Screenshot import

Use this when you have a sportsbook bet slip, open bet, settled bet, or history screen.

  1. Open Import Bets
  2. Set Sportsbook if you know the book, or leave it on auto-detect
  3. Set Sport if you know the sport, or leave it on auto-detect
  4. Choose Screenshot
  5. Upload the screenshot
  6. Review every extracted bet
  7. Edit any incorrect field
  8. Tap Import Bets

Review matters. Screenshots can be cropped, blurry, missing dates, or use sportsbook-specific abbreviations. Check the details before saving.

Paste Text import

Use this when you can copy bet history from a sportsbook, notes app, spreadsheet, or message.

  1. Open Import Bets
  2. Choose Paste Text
  3. Paste the bet history
  4. Tap Analyze Text
  5. Review and edit the extracted bets
  6. Tap Import Bets

Useful fields to include:

  • Sportsbook
  • Sport
  • Player, team, or matchup
  • Prop or bet type
  • Line and side
  • Odds
  • Stake
  • Payout or return
  • Result
  • Date

What to check before importing

Before saving, confirm:

  • Sport: WNBA, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, PGA, and other sports can look similar in sportsbook history
  • Market: points, rebounds, shots, moneyline, spread, total, top finish, and other markets should be categorized correctly
  • Line and side: Over 7.5 and Under 7.5 are different bets
  • Odds: +120 and -120 change your profit calculation
  • Stake: make sure dollars, units, and free-bet amounts are represented the way you want to track them
  • Status: pending, won, lost, pushed, void, and cashed-out bets should match the sportsbook record

When to use manual Add Bet instead

Use manual Add Bet if the screenshot is missing key details, the bet is unusual, or you want full control over every field from the start.

AI upload is fastest for standard sportsbook bet history. Manual entry is better for edge cases.

After import

Imported bets appear in My Bets. Use My Bets to review pending wagers, settle completed bets where supported, and audit your own profit, ROI, and betting volume over time.

The goal is not just to record what THE LINEUP recommended. The goal is to record what you actually bet.
